- 0 – 50,000 — $100
- 50,000 – 75,000 — $125
- 75,000 – 150,000 — $150
- 150,000 – 200,000 — $200
- 200,000 – 250,000 — $250
- 250,000 – 350,000 — $350
- 350,000 – 1,000,000+ — $450
